Refund within 7 consecutive days: The client will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, provided that no proofs have been received. Partial refund after 7 days or upon delivery of the first draft: Should the client choose to withdraw from the project during this period, a 50% refund of the amount paid will be granted. This is due to the time commitments of the team involved in the support, study, and creation of the project.

Lack of client response after 30 consecutive days: If the client fails to provide a response or feedback within this period, the order will be canceled without the right to a refund. Should the client return after this period, an additional fee of 10% of the current contracted package value will be required.

Refund request: In the event of cancellation, we kindly request a 7-business-day window to complete the refund procedure on the payment platform. Following this period, each bank will process the transaction according to its own regulations. We prioritize transparency and client satisfaction in all aspects of our service.
